This page explains which cookies and similar technologies the sdos.app website uses, why, and how to manage your consent.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies (such as localStorage) also let the site remember your choices. We use them only for the purposes described on this page.

2. Necessary cookies

These cookies and stores are required for the site to work and cannot be switched off:

  • authentication and keeping you signed in (Supabase Auth);
  • form protection and basic security;
  • remembering your cookie banner choice (localStorage), so the banner does not appear on every page.

3. Analytics cookies

Third-party analytics cookies are enabled only with your consent (the “Analytics” category in cookie settings). The site uses Google Analytics (GA4) for anonymous usage statistics. It respects your choice via Google Consent Mode: analytics storage is activated only after you consent to the “Analytics” category.

Separately, the site runs its own first-party traffic measurement that uses no cookies and does not depend on your banner choice: the browser neither sends nor stores any persistent identifier. Server-side, a pseudonymous signature (HMAC) is derived from the IP address and user-agent; the IP address itself is never stored. Page views, sessions and traffic sources (UTM parameters and advertising click ids such as ttclid/gclid/fbclid) are counted. This data is visible only to the site owner and is used for audience statistics and advertising effectiveness; it is not shared with third parties.

4. Marketing cookies (TikTok Pixel)

The site uses the TikTok Pixel, TikTok's advertising measurement tool. Until you consent to the “Marketing / Advertising” category, the TikTok Pixel library is not loaded at all, so no TikTok marketing cookies are set. Only after consent is the pixel loaded and activated. After consent, the pixel may set marketing cookies (such as _ttp) and send events to TikTok to measure advertising performance.

5. How to change or withdraw consent

You can change your choice at any time: click the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of any page and switch the categories. When you withdraw consent, no further events are sent to TikTok, and available TikTok first-party cookies are removed wherever technically possible.
