Who SDOS is for

SDOS for online stores

SDOS is the back-office workspace for a small online store: orders, clients, stock and invoices in one Windows application — while your storefront stays where it already is.

The problem: storefront sells, chaos fulfils

Small online stores sell through a website, a marketplace page or direct messages — but the actual order handling happens in chat history and spreadsheets. Stock is checked by walking to the shelf, invoices are retyped by hand, and yesterday's orders are hard to reconstruct. This is exactly the gap an order management system should close.

How SDOS helps

SDOS works as order management software for the fulfilment side: each order is recorded once with its client, goods, quantities and prices, moves through Planner and the Control Board until shipped, and closes into the archive. Goods / Services keeps stock levels that SDOS recalculates automatically as you sell — so the question “do we still have it?” is answered in the catalogue, not on the shelf. When the order is confirmed, you can create an invoice quickly from the same data.

Real capabilities

  • Manage customer orders: full order record with client, items, prices and status — from first message to archive
  • Inventory tracking for small business: stock levels per good, automatic recalculation on sales
  • Create invoice quickly — client and items are pulled from the order, no retyping
  • Daily plan and follow-ups for packing, shipping confirmations and client calls
  • Goods Report and archives: what sold, to whom, and when — without building reports by hand

What SDOS does not do

  • No automatic marketplace synchronization — orders from marketplaces are entered into SDOS manually
  • No automatic shipping/TTN integration with carriers
  • No full warehouse/WMS functionality — stock levels cover practical small-shop needs
  • No storefront: SDOS is the back-office, not a website builder

Frequently asked questions

Does SDOS synchronize with marketplaces?

No. In the current release SDOS does not synchronize with marketplaces automatically. Marketplace orders are entered once into SDOS and then fully managed there.

Can SDOS track stock for a small shop?

Yes. Goods / Services keeps stock levels per item and recalculates them as sales are recorded — practical inventory tracking for small business, without WMS complexity.

Can SDOS manage customer orders from different channels?

Yes, as one structured order base: website, direct messages and marketplace orders are recorded in the same journal with the same client and goods data.

Does SDOS work on Windows?

Yes. SDOS 1.0 is a Windows desktop application with a signed installer and a 7-day full-access trial.
