Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of SDOS — the website sdos.app and the SDOS Windows desktop application.

1. About SDOS

SDOS is a Windows desktop software application for small businesses and independent sellers. It helps manage clients, products and services, planning, orders, invoices, calculations and daily sales work. The SDOS website (sdos.app) and the SDOS application together form the "Service".

The Service is provided by Vectorum LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in Ukraine (EDRPOU code: 45688531), registered address: 21 Mala Arnautska Street, Apt. 17, Odesa, Odesa Region, 65012, Ukraine ("Vectorum", "we", "us"). Contact: info@sdos.app.

2. License and access

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the SDOS application for your own business purposes, subject to these Terms. Access to the Service is linked to your user account.

  • You may not resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the Service.
  • You may not copy, modify or create derivative works of the software, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
  • You may not circumvent or attempt to circumvent licensing, authentication or access-control mechanisms.

3. Account responsibility

  • You must provide accurate registration information, including a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at info@sdos.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free trial

SDOS offers a 7-day free trial with full access. No payment card is required to start the trial. When the trial ends, access closes automatically; continued use requires a paid subscription. The trial does not convert into a paid subscription by itself.

5. Paid subscriptions

  • Monthly subscription: $7.99 per month.
  • 6-month subscription: $39 per 6 months.
  • Annual subscription: $69 per year.

Subscriptions renew according to the selected plan unless cancelled before the renewal date. We may change prices for future billing periods with prior notice.

6. Payments via Paddle

All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for SDOS purchases. This means Paddle is the seller of your subscription: it handles checkout, billing, applicable taxes, invoicing and refunds under its own terms and privacy policy. SDOS does not receive or store your payment card details. By purchasing a subscription you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms presented at checkout.

7. Acceptable use

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Do not use the Service to store, process or distribute unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, probe its security, or interfere with other users.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

8. Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be added, changed or discontinued in updates. Where changes materially reduce paid functionality during an active subscription, contact us at info@sdos.app.

9. Intellectual property

SDOS, the SDOS application, the sdos.app website, their design, code and content are the intellectual property of the SDOS operator and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. Business data you enter into SDOS (clients, products, orders, invoices and similar records) remains yours.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, including non-payment or unacceptable use. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, liability, governing law) survive termination.

11. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the SDOS operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms are subject to the courts of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you under the law of your place of residence.
