1. Who we are

SDOS is a Windows desktop software application for small businesses and independent sellers, operated via the website sdos.app. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@sdos.app.

The data controller for the Service is Vectorum LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in Ukraine (EDRPOU code: 45688531), registered address: 21 Mala Arnautska Street, Apt. 17, Odesa, Odesa Region, 65012, Ukraine. Contact: info@sdos.app.

2. Data we collect

• Account registration: your email address and authentication credentials when you create an SDOS account.
• Google sign-in: if you choose "Continue with Google", we receive basic profile data from Google — typically your email address and name — used only to create and access your SDOS account.
• Subscription status: your plan, trial status and entitlement state, so we can unlock the correct access.
• Technical and security data: log data such as IP address, browser/device information and authentication events, used to operate and protect the Service.

3. Authentication via Supabase

Account authentication is provided by Supabase. Your credentials and sign-in sessions are processed by Supabase Auth infrastructure. We use Supabase to verify your identity and to protect account and download access.

4. Payments via Paddle — no card data at SDOS

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for SDOS purchases. Checkout, billing, taxes and invoicing are handled by Paddle under its own privacy policy. SDOS does not receive, process or store your payment card details. We only receive subscription and transaction status information needed to provide your access.

5. How we use your data

• To create and maintain your account and authenticate you.
• To provide the Service, including download access and the correct subscription entitlements.
• To respond to support requests sent to info@sdos.app.
• To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Service providers

• Supabase — authentication and account data infrastructure.
• Paddle — payment processing as Merchant of Record.
• Netlify — website hosting.

7. Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time via info@sdos.app. Limited records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security purposes.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@sdos.app.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including authenticated access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
