Who SDOS is for
SDOS gives a sales manager one structured day: clients, orders, follow-ups and the sales pipeline in a single Windows workspace — instead of sticky notes, chat pins and memory.
A sales manager's day is dozens of micro-commitments: call back, send a price, confirm delivery, re-check the invoice. When these live in memory or in messenger pins, some of them are lost every week — and every lost follow-up is lost revenue. Big CRMs track this but bury a small team in configuration.
SDOS works as customer management software with a built-in rhythm: every client record holds contacts, notes and call actions; any order or task goes to the Planner with one button; the Control Board shows what is open today, overdue or closing soon. It is a practical way to manage the sales pipeline: the pipeline is simply your real orders moving from new to done, visible at a glance.
SDOS tracks work from the moment a client or an order exists in your base. It is not a lead-capture tool for ads or marketplaces — those contacts are entered once and then fully managed.
Yes. Clients are managed in the Clients module, and the pipeline is the live flow of orders across Planner and the Control Board — from first note to closed order.
Any order, task or plan can be sent to the Planner, where it stays visible with its deadline and colour status until done. The daily plan can also be printed or exported to PDF.
No. The workflow is deliberately simple: record, plan, control, close. Most of the value appears in the first working day.
